You are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about your purchase?
You have the right to return your goods within thirty calendar days of delivery. You are welcome to state the reason for the return, but this is not obligatory. If you have had any inconvenience with shipping in the past, we would like to take this opportunity to apologise.

How can I return an item free of charge?

1. Write an e-mail to info@ferge-paris.com and request a return.

2. Fill in the return label:
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Pack the item:
We recommend that you use the original packaging to avoid unnecessary packaging waste. Please ensure that the original label is removed or covered.

TIP: If you do not have a printer, you can download the label with the barcode to your mobile phone. At the post office, this barcode will be scanned and your parcel label can be printed out immediately.

4. Send your parcel
You can hand in the parcel at any post office.

5. Wait for the return confirmation and refund
Once we have received your return, it will be processed by our team and then refunded to your original payment method.


What should you bear in mind when returning an item?
The return procedure described above is the return method recommended by Fergé. If you choose a different return method, we would like to point out that in this case the costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

In addition, please note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until you receive them. You should therefore ensure that the packaging is secure. We also recommend that you obtain proof of despatch in the event of loss or damage during despatch. Please also keep your invoice for these purposes until the return has been completed.

Returned items must be in their original condition at the time of return. In the event of signs of wear and tear, we may be entitled to charge for the reduction in value incurred.

What should I do if the goods are damaged?
If your ordered goods arrive damaged, please contact DHL Customer Service first. You must report any damage to your shipment in writing to a DHL branch within 7 days. You can find the required form and further information about a damaged shipment here: DHL solutions for problems with my parcel.
